Abuse & Legal Requests

Report abuse with the affected hostname, evidence, timestamps and contact information. PinkiHost reviews complaints according to its policies, the applicable hosting jurisdiction and obligations imposed by infrastructure providers or competent legal authorities. Emergency threats to safety should be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Operational rules

• Accounts may be suspended for verified abuse, non-payment or threats to platform integrity.
• Shared hosting is subject to fair-use CPU, RAM, I/O, inode and mail-delivery controls even when bandwidth is marketed as unmetered.
• Customers must maintain their own critical backups. PinkiHost does not currently advertise provider-side backups as included.
• Policy decisions may be updated as infrastructure providers, laws and risk requirements change.
