Acceptable Use Policy

PinkiHost is privacy-focused, not a safe haven for abuse. Prohibited uses include phishing, credential theft, malware distribution, botnets, spam, fraud, child sexual abuse material, attacks on third parties, deliberate copyright infringement contrary to applicable law, and other unlawful activity. Resource-intensive activity that harms other shared-hosting customers may be restricted or suspended.

Operational rules

• Accounts may be suspended for verified abuse, non-payment or threats to platform integrity.
• Shared hosting is subject to fair-use CPU, RAM, I/O, inode and mail-delivery controls even when bandwidth is marketed as unmetered.
• Customers must maintain their own critical backups. PinkiHost does not currently advertise provider-side backups as included.
• Policy decisions may be updated as infrastructure providers, laws and risk requirements change.
