Privacy Policy

PinkiHost aims to collect only data reasonably required to provide, secure, bill and support services. This may include account email, country, payment references, support records, security logs and IP addresses. We do not promise anonymity from valid legal process.

Operational rules

• Accounts may be suspended for verified abuse, non-payment or threats to platform integrity.
• Shared hosting is subject to fair-use CPU, RAM, I/O, inode and mail-delivery controls even when bandwidth is marketed as unmetered.
• Customers must maintain their own critical backups. PinkiHost does not currently advertise provider-side backups as included.
• Policy decisions may be updated as infrastructure providers, laws and risk requirements change.
