Refund Policy

Eligible shared-hosting purchases may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase, subject to abuse, chargeback, promotional and payment-network limitations. Crypto refunds may be returned based on the approved refund amount rather than cryptocurrency price movements.

Operational rules

• Accounts may be suspended for verified abuse, non-payment or threats to platform integrity.
• Shared hosting is subject to fair-use CPU, RAM, I/O, inode and mail-delivery controls even when bandwidth is marketed as unmetered.
• Customers must maintain their own critical backups. PinkiHost does not currently advertise provider-side backups as included.
• Policy decisions may be updated as infrastructure providers, laws and risk requirements change.
