Terms of Service

PinkiHost provides hosting services subject to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Customers are responsible for content, account security, timely payment and compliance with applicable law. Service availability and resource usage may be limited to protect shared infrastructure.

Operational rules

• Accounts may be suspended for verified abuse, non-payment or threats to platform integrity.
• Shared hosting is subject to fair-use CPU, RAM, I/O, inode and mail-delivery controls even when bandwidth is marketed as unmetered.
• Customers must maintain their own critical backups. PinkiHost does not currently advertise provider-side backups as included.
• Policy decisions may be updated as infrastructure providers, laws and risk requirements change.
